How quickly will my order ship?
We know how excited you are to receive your new wind chime, so we work as quickly as we can to get orders out fast. If your item is in stock, it will ship within 1 to 2 business days. If not in stock it may take an additional day or two to ship. Check your order status page anytime to monitor status of your order.
What are the chimes made out of?
Our chimes are hand made using only the best materials. We use aluminum as our bell material for its optimal resonant properties as well as corrosion resistance. The top and striker material varies by model. Wood models are made from quality hardwood and coated with UV-resistant varnish or paint. The metal used on metal models will be listed on the product page.
How well do wind chimes hold up in the weather?
With proper care, your chimes can last a lifetime. As with anything kept outside, sun, wind and rain will wear down on them. You can keep your chimes looking new by refreshing the varnish or paint every year or two or as needed.
